My first few posts will be some of the projects I've done over the last 6 weeks or so. I'm kind of kicking myself that I didn't start this earlier but I was reluctant because I have a habit of self loathing whenever I read anything anything I wrote more than a day before. So I think my blogs will be mostly pictures :)
Here is a project that I did a few weeks ago. We had an old folding wooden table that had been sitting on our front balcony for a long time, getting dirty and sun damaged (sorry, forgot to take a before pic). I sanded it off and wiped it clean. Then I transferred a cool French advertisement (from the Graphics Fairy) using my printer and some baking paper. I was really lucky to have not smudged it and I'm very happy with how it turned out. There must have been some green ink that managed to get on the paper, but actually I don't mind the green marks. Now we use it on the 'herb balcony' for morning tea.
